The Great news is your situation is very common and there are easy ways to get right back up. Congratulations on beginning to do that already. Woooo Hoooo
This time, you are stronger and o so wiser. You will continue to move forward not as a victim but as a victorious woman. I am sending you next steps in a private email. Thank you for taking such a bold step.

I had perfect credit until I seperated from my now ex husband. He stopped paying his credit cards, the house almost went into foreclosure three times. I ended up borrowing money from my 401K to save the house, and I had him to move out and I put it for sale. After reviewing my credit report, alot of his credit cards are on my report. Not to mention when he was late on the house payments, it made the interest rate on all my cards go up and they froze my credit limit.
My divorce is now final. I have legelly taken my maiden name back. and I am closing on the sale of my home this Fri., which is totally in my name. I had him to do a deed of gift on the home over to me.
I would like to restore my good credit history, get all of his debts removed from my report, and get my interest lower on my cards so I can get them paid off in a timely manner. I would greatly appreciate any advise so I can move on with my life, and hopefully get out of debt to where I can buy another home, and get my credit score back up.
